We put an offer in to buy and build a condo from Edge on a Tuesday and knew it was ours by the end of the week. I loved how we could choose a lot of the color and design elements. It made it feel more like home in the end. We were updated almost weekly about the progress of construction with pictures and everything. We chose Edge because the quality was excellent without the huge price tag. I would recommend Edge to anyone wanting to build.

Best quality of the builders out there and we looked at all of them. The sales process was great. Steven Maddox was who we worked with and he's awesome. Very responsive and transparent about everything. Abe was our builder and he was the same way. Updates every Friday over a call and would always respond to texts/calls in a very timely manner. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I only have 3 complaints about the entire process with Edge. 1) I think they could have done a better job cleaning before we moved in. It was very dusty and noticeable in several places that it hadn't been cleaned. 2) They were supposed to polish one of our bathtubs before we moved in because there were several dings. They didn't get it taken care of and we're still waiting. 3) We don't have landscaping in yet. We moved in the beginning of May and were told it won't be in until end of June. However, they've put in landscaping for homes that aren't complete yet which is kind of annoying. Other than those 3 minor complaints, Edge has been awesome! I would recommend to anyone!

I hate writing reviews though I rely on them quite a bit :). I was compelled to write a review about Edge and especially about Jack Andrews. He went above and beyond what is expected of an agent. I had a very unique situation. I was doing 1031 exchange and if I didn’t close by certain date then I would have had to pay taxes. At one point the closing was going to get delayed from the expected date by couple of weeks because of unavoidable circumstances Edge ran into on construction front and Jack worked w/ construction team, finance team, title team, Edge management to close by my 1031 deadline. It was definitely not an easy task and he definitely didn't have to put so much time and effort on my deal. If you get him as an agent then you are definitely in very very capable, safe hands who will put your interest first rather than his own. He has the same energy in his responses whatever time of the day you call him. He is awesome and definitely my favorite !!

I am giving 5 stars because I would buy an edge home again. I will only work with Gordon because he was the best. He made the process easy and answered every single question we had. There are minor imperfections with our home, but it is ours and we love it. My only advice would be to make sure you point out everything in your walkthroughs. There was a run in our carpet that edge nor the carpet guy can fix since we pointed it out too late. I have walked through other builders homes and would choose them again.

We loved working with Edge homes! We bought a quick move in home and Edge was so wonderful with working with us on getting the closing date pushed back a few months so our financing would work out. They have always been super quick with responding to any questions we have both before and after the actual home purchase! The home is beautiful and full of high quality workmanship. We are very impressed!
