Matt has been awesome to work with. We want to finish our basement, and he's drawing up the plans for us. He responds quickly and offers suggestions on thing we wouldn't have thought of. We recommend him for sure.

Working with Lightyear Construction for our custom floor plans has been a wonderful experience. Matt helped take our vision and put it into a functional and original design. With his experience and knowledge of building we were able to create house plans that we just couldn't find anywhere else. We would highly recommend working with Lightyear construction if you are looking to create your own plans or use one of their many options.

I felt immediately that we could trust their word on building our house. Lots of great standards. My husband was glad to finally meet someone in a model home that was willing to answer questions. Matt has been very attentive and we will probably invite him to our first outdoor BBQ when the house is finished.

Builder delivered quality product. Love the lot and house! Only downside is it took many follow-up attempts to get minor items fixed and follow up after sign off is slow. Overall a good experience. Deven was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would recommend him as a realtor to anyone.
