Bourbon Coffee

This is a great place that is open early for coffee and tea. I had a very solid cold brew coffee here, and my wife got a tea. I also treated myself to a banana bread (as you can see), which was also good. I imagine it would have been even better if I asked them to toast it. This place is a must stop if you're in the area and need a little energy boost. Great people watching spot too!

Still, you come here for the coffee and Bourbon does not disappoint. The seemingly freshly roasted beans exude flavor into each beverage and the lattes/crafted beverages are flavorful without being overly sweet. Things I tried & liked: Macadamia Nut Mocha - Interesting flavors all around and a very well balanced drink. Chi Latte - The chi flavor didn't taste as authentic as it should have in my opinion; it was overshadowed by the sweetness and milk. Still, it was an enjoyable drink.

Really awesome vibes but the organization is pretty poor. They don't take names or initials for food orders causing confusion about what food belongs to who. It's not until after you order a sandwich that they tell you it's going to be 15 minutes. Not a huge deal, but when you're trying to avoid a Peet's or Starbucks and still look for quick service it can be a small turn off. My Bourbon Builder smoothie was delicious!

Good coffee, rude service. I was fairly disappointed with the service at this establishment. I came in at 5:30PM and had never been there before. Ordered a coffee and the gentleman told me, "We will have that right out to you." I was meeting a colleague, and we got to talking. 20 minutes go by and I start to wonder where my coffee is. They said it was ready for a long time and it has gotten cold. I have worked in service before and understand how difficult it can be, so I just took the coffee and drank it. It was really good, even cold. Then, at 6:00PM, they came up and said, "We just want to give a warning, we are about to close." And then when no one jumped right up to leave, "We are closed now. It is a private event. You have to leave." That is not a warning. I would have appreciated 15 minute warning to conclude my conversation with my colleague. Like I said, I have worked in service before and in many different capacities. This was just rude. I will not be returning. Good coffee, but lots of places have good coffee. I would also like good service.

Excellent coffee but rather poor selection of snack options. If you're stopping by to grab a cup of coffee and go, the place is perfect. But it's also rather nice on the inside and you'd want to sit down and enjoy your coffee, but there isn't much to select out of, in terms of pastries.
