Brentwood Nursing Home Inc

We moved my aunt into this facility on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday we wanted her out of there. She ended up staying there for a week before we could mover her. She was miserable. The care was horrendous. We were promised a room on a totally different floor then she was put on. She was on a floor with people that were in a totally different level of care then she needed. The aids hardly came to check on her even though we asked them to do so periodically. She had to ask for her medicine even though we went over her schedule with them. I spoke to the head nurse on her floor several times one day when I was there and never once did she look at me. She just kept doing what she was doing. Totally rude and unexceptable. The food was horrible. My aunt was sick for the first few days she was there and we think it was the food. She stopped eating it. We brought her food in. Just horrible care all around.

My mom broke her shoulder. She is 95 She got the best care I could imagine for her here. The facility is clean the food was wonderful The staff was wonderful. Everyone of them. She had therapy at Brentwood and today moves her arm even further than her doctor predicted she would I highly recommend this nursing home. She's back home now and would tell you the same story

Great staff and P.T. department. Loving and caring environment. Home of choice for my Mother in law. I am a R.N, D.O.N for another facility. 30 plus years in nursing.

My 95 year old mother went to Brentwood, very ill and weak in Nov 2013, With the wonderful nursing and PT/OT care she received, she blossomed once more and went home to continue living on her own. Thanks you all the nurses and therapists for giving us more quality time with her.
