Coventry Center

The telephones have been out for 3 days with no explanation. Cannot contact my Mother or the only (main) phone number provided on the web site. Epic fail when it comes to patient and family communication. Two months later: Again, no working phones since 1/12/18 (all phones appear to be down). This after the Administrator left me a voicemail after the last incident ensuring that a notification system was being discussed as well as a designated cell phone for the facility so family could check on their loved ones. Thank you for the lip service.

I am a resident here and so far I like it here. I like the nursing staff, the food, and other. Residents are very nice, I would recommend this place to anyone,
