Jon and Mona run a very efficient and customer service oriented solar business, with best customer service experience that I have experienced in construction/services industry after being a building trustee for over 10 years. They explained every single detail in solar proposal for our 8.6 KW system, filled out necessary paper work and installed the solar system in expected time frame, exactly as promised. Throughout the process, all of my questions were promptly answered, and as a result I have a beautiful 26 panel system monitored via an app on my phone and PC. One of the things that I enjoyed the most is that the whole installation process was not disruptive at all, Brightstar Solar uses a team of polite and courteous employees who show up on time and get the work done well and quickly. Brightstart Solar was recommended to us by two of our friends and we look forward to further recommending them to our friends looking for solar solutions at their house.

Jon and Mona are professionals and we are very happy we selected them for our Solar Installation. They spent a lot of time with us upfront explaining the process end-to-end and answering literally dozens of questions I had an were sensitive to our needs regarding aesthetics. Their proposal and plans were very detailed and on-point with what how the install eventually went. They also answered my questions post-install to make sure I was comfortable with how SREC-II and Aggregator would work etc.. I would recommend them for your residential solar install.

I would highly recommend Brightstar Solar. Jon and Mona are great to work with and helped me with my solar system, despite not being the original installers. It was apparent from my first meeting with Jon and his crew that they are very knowledgeable, even identifying issues with my system that I never would have known about. Mona has also been extremely helpful, responding to all my questions and proactively monitoring my system. A real pleasure with work with. They definitely put the customer first!

First rate service at the lowest price. They put up the panels in lousy weather to qualify us for a tax break. They handle all the paperwork for you. Personal service from a local firm -- can't say enough good things about Brightstar Solar!

Consummate professionals Jon and Mona made for a wonderful experience from start to finish and beyond. They handled all the paperwork navigating the regulations, rebates and permits with ease. Panels installed and operational for over a year now, online monitoring is fantastic and the SRECs are reported fully automatically. Follow up service has been brilliant; we needed some chimney work done, Jon and his crew came back removed a section of panels, allowed our contractor to complete the re-pointing then refitted them with no hassle. If every business I had interacted with was as good as Brightstar the world would be a such a better place. Highly recommended!
