Friendly staff. Tasty, fresh food. Clean and tidy shop. Love coming here, the manager is so funny.

I don't mind waiting. However I do mind having to listen to the socializing that interferes with the prompt and efficient preparation of orders when the line is out the door. You need to train and ONLY hire friendly focused help please

Really a disappointing experience on almost every level. The restaurant was very unclean, the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. It was very apparent that the restaurant was a chain and that some of the staff didn't want to be there. The coffee left a lot to be desired. The bagels were pretty good though, so 2 stars. I guess the machine used to make the bagels at Baglesaurus down the street wasn't working that day, so we decided to try this place. I would absolutely recommend going anywhere else.

Great bagels - unless you are in a hurry (5 people totally ignoring us right now cause they are too busy fighting with each other). Took 15min to get a dozen bagels...

I think Bruegger's is a truly great chain. The bagels are very good and this is coming from a New Yorker. Any other location I would give 5 stars, but this one is poorly managed. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and salmon and they forgot the cream cheese. How is that even possible? Because I got it to go, I didn't discover that until it was too late to go back. My meal cost 14.01 and they gave me 99 cents in change rather than round it to 14. That is a real annoying pet peeve of mine. Lastly, the floors needed to be mopped and they were out of napkins. Just shoddy management overall.
