Bruno's German Restaurant

After moving here after 8 years in Germany in 1984 we longed for good German food. After all these years finally found it. This is the best. Met the owner who is delightful and Cindy who served us was outstanding. Could not have had a better lunch and time. Waiting for the food was like being back in Europe. No rush, no bill slapped on the table before we were finished. We were able to visit and enjoy the food and people around us. The slice of Black Forest Cherry Cake I took home was to die for. Will definitely return

Good food, the only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the sauce on cabbage roll. It was a bit bland. I had a polish platter which had a sausage, cabbage roll, perogies, whipped potatoes. For dessert the berry cream cake, fabulous!

Brought my family here for the one night they were in town and we absolutely loved it! My father-in-law said it reminded him of his childhood and his grandparents! The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because my potato dumpling things tasted soapy. It might have been because we got there 30 minutes before they closed (we didn't realize what time they closed). I'm sure we will be be back and I am sure it will be absolutely amazing! (And we will make sure we will make it far before they close!!)

My husband was very sick and Bruno's goulash was the only soup he would eat. My waiter was always accommodating very polite and very kind. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Pretty good authentic (I believe) German food at reasonable prices. I had the sausage platter and my girlfriend had the chicken Kiev. I think booth if us would recommend. They also have European beer only, which is authentic, but quite different from American beer.
