The math just doesn't quite work at Gustav's. Burgers are $12.30 to $16 but don't come with anything, so adding on a half order of fries or onion rings puts you at $16-20. This is okay if you are getting an amazing burger, but that's not so. The buns are good, but nothing else is really special about the burgers, they are fine, if they were $8 I would feel good about order. Beer isn't cheap, Service is fine, but not special, they have lots of space and can fit big groups, which is a plus. My recommendation would be to redo the menu. Make it special, do something different to command the prices you are charging. You have the right location, just need a menu overhaul.

Delicious food served quickly. Generous portions, but not crazy so. The Albacore Tuna Salad sandwich was just the right balance of tuna, mayo, etc. I got the Quilters Irish Death....mild, rich and satisfying. The folks working there were friendly and professional. Would go back again.

Great service and the food is always excellent. I go there for Reuben Reuben and fries hand cut and fresh. Rooftop dining is now available and it's beautiful up there.

I loved how family friendly it is. Lots of seating, no wait. The food was ok. But that's how I feel about most of the eateries in Leavenworth that a family on a budget can get. We have three kids , so we weren't prepared to go to venues that coast more then $20 a person .
This place is fine, especially after skiing all day. Cozy and friendly staff. We were able to enjoy our company without being rushed out the door .
