Really great environment, feels like the perfect place to bring a large group of friends for a happy time. Looking forward to coming here in the winter -- they have a fireplace inside that will surely warm the soul. Wide selection of beers on tap, and a tasty menu of German dishes and snacks. Can't go wrong with this place!

Went here once and totally fell in love! My boyfriend and I love German bars & were happy to find this one with a pretty great happy hour menu in Capitol Hill! The pretzel with beer fondue is a MUST - SO good! With 3 separate bars, an outdoor area with bocce, great staff & ambiance you can’t beat it!

Was looking for a good local German food place and boy did I find it! Upon entering I was surprised by how big it was and all that there was to do. I definitely need to come back for a weekend atmosphere in itself. Drinks were really quick and the beers on tap are spot on and what you would expect from a German place. Both me and my mate got different foods and we found it to be a really good dish on both ends. Especially the curry ketchup and the beer cheese they have for their pretzels. I couldn't ask for anything more out of my experience. It was flawless. I definitely will be coming back with a larger group in the future. 😎

Really fun place to hang out with friends. It can be a tad loud but it's a games bar so that is to be expected. The beer selection is broad so you can be sure to find something you like or something new you like here. The food is quite good. I had the Schweinshaxe and would come back for that alone.

It's always really busy and fun on the weekends and the beer selection is incredible. I love the food too! Perfect for 20-and 30-something crowds looking for a rowdy night. Good place of events too with the bocce ball courts and big tables.
