When 8 other boat repair businesses from Ohio to Kentucky would not even consider working on my vintage Sea Ray IO, John, owner of Buckeye Boat Repair, agreed to service it. He ultimately did a complete rebuild of my 4 cyl. 120 hp Mercruiser IO engine. His expertise in diagnosing and making essential repairs comes with his 37+ years of marine experience. John takes pride in his work and seemed to take a personal interest in the challenge to restore my boat's engine to original factory condition. Had to take our pontoon in because the motor was acting up. They were busy so be prepared to wait to get your boat back but the diagnostic was priced reasonably and worth the wait.

Had work done on my boat last year and it took forever . Spent quite a bit to do what he did. Boat won't run right this year. I guess that's why he is selling his place .
