I had my axle replaced at Dry Dock last July (2016). From a mechanical standpoint, I think they did a fantastic job. Sadly, it seemed like a run around on the front end of it, as I was told my axle was in and sitting on the floor waiting to be installed by one person and another person said it wasn't even ordered yet. I feel like I was passed over for more important jobs, or ones that brought in more revenue. An axle replacement books at 2 hours, maybe 3. My boat sat for two months awaiting the axle and my fishing season was basically shot. They do fine work, but I don't feel I was treated well on the office side.

I just had Don and Dry Dock go over my boat to get ready for the summer. He did great work, gave some good advice, and charged a fair price. I'd recommend Don and Dry Dock to anyone. I didn't catch the guys name who works in the front, but he was also very helpful and did a good job of keeping me updated throughout the process.

Giving them 4 stars just because of the time frame they had my boat and that my cockpit cover had ripped and nobody bothered to let me know. Tracy and Company did a full engine rebuild on our 1994 Crownline 210ccr. I basically brought the boat engine to them in pieces. They did an excellent job! Had the boat for 6 weeks plus, but when returned to us it was and has been 100%. No issues during engine break in and we're very happy with the boat. Thanks Tracy and crew we will be back if needed.
