Wonderful experience from start to finish. No money games like at other dealerships. Jim walked us through everything from checking the engine oil to driving the boat. I've owned a lot of boats and working with Jim Wallace at Sea Ray of Cincinnati made it worth the 2 hour drive to buy our new 350 Sundancer. "Thank You Jim"

Absolutely the friendliest most professional staff you will ever work with. I ordered a new Heritage trailer for my Chaparral boat through Dave Pearson. His knowledge is over the top to ensure I had the exact fit and weight rating to safely transport our boat. Dave's promised delivery date and moving our boat to the new trailer was perfect. I asked the service team if they could install a new sea water pump and fuel sending unit on our boat during the trailer transaction. They promised to have all the work completed within a day or two, awesome team work completed on time as promised. I have owned Chaparrals for 20 years but I will certainly look at Sea Ray in the future. Their dealership is the BEST!!. Thank you Sea Ray of Cincinnati Team..
