Very poor customer service. Took my boat on a Saturday as per appointment. They said they would have a couple days . When I had not heard from them in a couple of days I had to call them. The boat was ready but they didn't call me. They had quoted me a price on work but when I pick it up it was higher. When questioned they told me the price I was quoted didn't include labor ?? When they brought the boat out for me to hook it up to my truck they un hook it from tractor and left me there to hook up all by myself didn't say a word of any kind. I wont be back , Bass Pro not good representative

They need customer service training. If I hadn't pointed out the things they didn't fix it would not have been done. I think they are understaffed and are forced to take short cuts. The fellow that checked out our Pro 170 last year was on the ball but our follow up visit was quite lacks.
