This museum might be small but the battlefield it sits on is quite large. Inside the visitors center you will see artifacts from the French and Indian War. It is well maintained and well kept. It is a reasonable price to learn the history of this site. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and some are dressed in historical costumes. Plenty of parking and public restrooms are available. This is a PA historic and museum commission site.

Excellent buffet, very attentive wait staff, FRESH seafood! Always a good experience here! Clean bathrooms, free refills!

Very informative and helpful employees / volunteers. Clean atmosphere and great place to learn some history. Kids are welcome as well.

Don’t be fooled by the hours posted here; the museum and gift shop are closed throughout the winter. But the park, and the programs that are put on here throughout the warmer season are excellent!

I've been going to this park and exploring the woods as well as the historic battlefield for over 39 years. It's a great place to hike, walk your dogs or just relax outside on a nice day. Not typically crowded and easy to find.
