Pretty trash shop... I went in to simply get my tires aligned. The man went out to go take my car back to the lift and right when he got around the corner, he laid on it... I have a few mods to my car so its pretty loud and very obvious when its my car. I think I counted a total of 7-8 times of them starting my car in the back of the shop. One time they even decided to rev it up, most obvious thing they could've done. I walked outside when they went to take it for a test drive. I expected something dumb to happen, and it did. As they brought my car back from the test drive, they decided to rev it up on Dual highway, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I tried to be nice about it but the woman at the counter was not cooperative at all. I paid the full amount for my car to be abused and put under ridiculous wear. Will not be returning, I also do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Have been going to Byrd for six years. They are family friendly and know what doing on cars and trucks.
