Rice Tire

I took a flat tire in. The folks at Rice looked it over immediately, showed me that the hole is through the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. They offered to replace immediately, but I needed to come back with my car the next morning since I'd stopped on way to work. In short, their service was prompt, capable, courteous, and friendy.

Everyone there is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Will definately use Rice Tire again for service. New tires are fantastic and I am very pleased with the recommendation.

The alignment guys here do a fantastic job. I do quite a bit of long distance driving (cross country) and these guys always get the alignment perfectly on my Ford E-350 -- makes for a much easier driving experience when the vehicle is not wandering to one side.

Bought tires online and had them delivered to this location. I arrived at my scheduled time for my tires but realized I needed an alignment so I one requested that day. I was told I needed an appointment to do so but they could fit me in. Two months later after my car drove off center I find out from another shop that the alignment was never performed. 90 dollar scam! Beware!

The service was fast and the employees were nice and very informative. They worked with my budget and helped me find the best tires and deal for my car. I would definitely go back for my next tire purchase and I would highly recommend them.
