Reviews
Wow - quite a lot of fake positive reviews here. Easy to spot the fake reviews when the "customers" call out Mr Tire employees by name and it is also worded in ways that most people will not do. Funny how many of these supposed "real people" only have made one comment. How do you go from primarily 1 star negative reviews one year ago to primarily 5 star positive reviews now? Nice try Mr Tire, but you don't fool me. You are con artists and thieves. You lie and cheat your way into stealing my money and damaging my car - it is not a surprise you would also lie and cheat your way into giving yourself fake positive reviews. Also funny how you are now supposedly interested in hearing from me so that you can fix the problem - when I had contacted you before when all this was going on and you ignored me. You aren't truly interested in helping anyone, you only want to give the appearance of being interested so that you can fool other people who haven't been screwed by you yet into thinking that you actually do care.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! They will sell you repairs you don't need, they will damage your car, they will lose parts, they will lie about it and fail to accept responsibility.
They damaged 2 of my wheels, they scuffed up one wheel and tried to blame it on someone hitting me in parking lot. They tried to conceal the damage to another wheel by using some sticky material to hold the wheel center cap in place. Turns out that the center cap was fine - it was the tabs on the wheel itself that they broke. As I was complaining about the wheels, they took me out of the customer waiting area so that no other customers could hear me. They took me to the shop to show me their equipment and why it was supposedly impossible for them to damage anything. They told me they would repair/replace my wheels. They told me what I wanted to hear just so that I would shut up and go away. They sold me a tie rod end that I didn't really need (on a 35k mile car that had never been wrecked) they lost my oil filler cap, they lied about balancing my tires, which caused my wheel bearing to fail, which cost me an additional $500 at another shop. They claimed they were going to replace/repair my wheels and never delivered. Multiple managers kept stringing me along and claiming that their fictitious wheel supplier had not found anything for me yet. When they sold me the tie rod end that I supposedly needed, the price was $129 - when I told them I was not interested in replacing it, then they told me they would not warranty the tires, and they then dropped the price to $99! Who does that? Who would discount the price on something like that unless they were trying to reel you in and rip you off?
This goes way beyond just being incompetent. These guys are professional con artists - check out "Ripoff Report dot com" - you will see multiple negative reviews for the entire company, not just this location. As I sat in the waiting room, I could hear the service manager telling 85% of the people that came in there that they "needed" additional repairs. They are trained to lie, trained to sell you stuff you don't need and will even damage your car to attempt to get more sales. They are lying thieves. They are very slick at handling customer complaints. They will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear, with no intention of backing up what they say. This is basically organized crime. For you own good, please heed my advice and STAY AWAY.
I am a real person with real complaints. I am not making stuff up. All of this really happened to me. I have been screwed by mechanics before, but this place is the worst place EVER. Mr Tire is obviously posting a lot of fake positive reviews here. For all of you who have had a bad experience - keep posting. Every time you update your post it brings it to the top again. Even if you have already posted before, refresh your post and vote for all other negative posts too. Thank you. Good luck out there.

The gentlemen at Mr. Tire did an amazing job at fixing our vehicle. They kept me in the loop 100% all of the way. Their store had every part that we needed. We appreciate the expert level of attention and customer service we received. We now have a new mechanic. I would refer this store to anyone! Thanks guys

Great customer service and friendly staff. Came in for a tire replacement and Eddie was extremely helpful. We were making our way back home to Chicago from WDC when we found out one of tires wasn’t going to make it due to cracks all over. Very happy we stopped here because the service was great and fast compared to another shop in the area were we would have spent hours to get the tire replaced. Definitely would recommended tire shop.

I have been coming to mr tire for about two years. Every time I have been treated with high respect ,and the price to get the job done is affordable. The people that work there are very patient and do what they can to work with you.

They were really great. I was 500 miles from home and got a flat tire. I was pretty scared so when I called them to make an appointment, they promised they’d get me in & out and make sure they fix everything that needs to be fixed.
They were very nice to me and did a really good job!! Would recommend.. and also it only took 30-45 min to get both tires changed!
