Visiting here from N.Y. this service is a fkn joke. This place sucks hahahaha. Feel so bad for you that live here.

The drivers are usually pleasant and well-mannered, bur the Express routes to Downtown Portland are a nightmare! On numerous occasions, the 105 Express bus failed to show up as scheduled in the mornings. When we called the customer service line, the reps lied and say 'It will be here in 5 minutes'. Ctran cut 4 of the trips, so when one bus doesn't show up, riders can be left waiting for an hour or more. Twice in the last three weeks, I was left waiting at least that long and both times the 8:46am bus failed to show at all. Other times, the nusses arrive morethan 5 minutes early and don't wait. I've even resorted to taking a bus an hour earlier than needed, and sometimes that's not enough. Uggggh. It would be nice if customer service would be honest about times, so I can have the option of re-routing. Don't use Ctan services if you need to be in Portland in a timely fashion. You will be sorely disappointed.

Never had any problems or issues don't understand why there is such a low score on Google. Great customer service and most of the buses are on time 99% of the time.

Most of the drivers are well mannered, relatively speaking. Some of them have some odd and off-putting behavior, but I guess that's to be expected. The routes lately are way too poorly planned and serve way too small of an area for the extremely limited frequency, even during rush times. Are they literally unable to do any competent planning except "more stuff Fourth Plain" and "somewhat frequent service to max line"? The company has lost touch with the city over the last decade. Blame the current Mayor Levitt. He served on Ctrans council before becoming mayor and during that time we saw more ill-implemented budget cuts than ever. He's never cared about the public transportation in this town.

Didn't have exact change for the bus. Was going to wait for the next one but the driver let us on any way. Still paid $5 on the next bus to make up but it was really helpful of her
