Grays Harbor Transit

Worst public transit system I've ever seen. No excuse for being late as much as they are and definitely no excuse for how rude the drivers are. They dont care if they make u late for work or if u have to wait an extra 10 minutes in the cold rain for a late bus. Seen it all in the 6 years I've been subjected to riding gh transit. Seen drivers being rude to ppl in wheelchairs for no reason. Seen them drive right by me while obviously waiting at a stop MULTIPLE times. I've also seen them floor the gas while people, including myself, have yet to sit down. But then I've been yelled at like a little kid because i stood up before the bus was at a complete stop. Hypocrisy, bad attitudes and flat out indecency plague this entire system, mainly the drivers. Not to mention, absolutely zero accountability which makes the people behind the scenes just as awful. If i had to sum it up in one word, it would just be 'ridiculous'. Wish i could give them zero stars and a 💩

Most drivers are friendly safety conscious and accommodating.select few shouldn't deal with the public. If there is ever an issue don't bother calling a supervisor
