Cafe Deluxe

Of all the things I want out of a restaurant, consistency is near the top of the list. Cafe Deluxe always delivers a solid experience with good food. My only gripe is that some of the pricing seems odd. Perhaps I am just missing something, but I don't see why the less substantial/complex low calorie dishes are $20+.

Friendly staff and good food. Put the herb mayo on your cheeseburger and have a tasty time.

Original outpost of comfy DC-Area American casual chain. Service was quite good on last visit although often there's no one at the maitre d' stand to send you to your table. The price is reasonable and the food is ample and good although hardly exceptional. Crowded on weekend nights as families and urban single professionals crownd in.

Recipes can be a little odd but burgers, Greek salad, and tomato soup are always a win! (Also can't go wrong with Andy for a server!)
