Cajun Boys & Our Poboys

Delicious food! Great atmosphere! We showed up on a midday Saturday afternoon and the wait was not long at all. Our party of 5 was seated quickly and attended to in good time. As I said the food was DELICIOUS!

This place was great. We just drove by and saw it and noticed the were several cars in the parking lot. Asked a lady at the shop we were visiting and she highly recommended it. We had the gumbo and shrimp basket both of which were delicious. The bloody Mary's were very good and reasonably priced at $5, don't know if that was just Sunday or not. Tried the beignets and we were not disappointed, they were as good as in New Orleans. We will be back.

I'd love to give a review of the food, but we have been waiting for almost 20 minutes for our waitress to come back and take our order. We gave her our drink order and she promptly brought those, but she seems more interested in finding out what channel the NFL draft is on than taking our order. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! To continue the horrible experience, 1 1/2 hours later only half of the table had been served. Food was mediocre, service was non-existent! I will not be back and encourage you to avoid this place unless you have 2 hours to kill having dinner.

Fantastic service and delicious food...portions were large and we enjoyed our whole meal. My favorite was the fried pickles...they were thin and breading stayed on them. They have beignets which we pretty good. Servers were all friendly.

This was my first visit to Cajun Boys and will not be my last. I had gumbo and a shrimp po-boy, both were great. The gumbo was the best I have found. We had a large group and the service was quick and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who likes to eat.
