Cajun Seafood House

Love this restaurant! Grilled grouper is delicious as are the hush puppies, fresh salads, chips, crab claws, etc. - everything I’ve tried has been great. Desserts good too! Great price on house wine during happy hour. Have eaten here often - especially enjoy going for Sunday lunch after church. My whole extended family loves this place!

Today was out first time here and we have mixed feelings about the restaurant . First , we weren’t greeted by a hostess when we first entered the building despite what appeared to be a manager standing behind the bar who turned around and looked at us. After waiting a few mins , we were seated. It took the waitress quite some time to come to the table and it took even longer for her to bring our drinks. In fact , our ordered was taken and we were still sitting there without drinks. Who I assumed to be a manager, brought out my date’s beer without a chilled glass, despite dropping off one at the table next to ours in the same trip. Later in the evening, A different kind of beer was brought out with no mention of them running out of the original beer my date ordered. We had to ask the waitress several times to bring out items that we originally requested while ordering and it took her a very long time to bring them out . Despite the poor service , The food arrived quite fast and it was delicious. I ordered the Seafood Lover’s Trio which was very good especially for the price. I highly recommend that and the jambalaya. If the service was better I would’ve given the review at least four stars but the last straw was the waitress did not bring all of our change back . Overall this place has great food , great prices, but terrible service.

We have eaten here for several years and love it! Salads are the freshest! Fish is delicious! Love the atmosphere and the food. Our family has celebrated many birthdays and special occasions here! Everyone loves it! We highly recommend it!

Went at lunchtime (around 11:30), ordered Cajun Alfredo (shrimp) with hush puppies and a Moscow Mule to drink. This place was just okay. The food was average. Although it wasn't busy, the service was slow but friendly. The Moscow Mule was not made in a copper cup (and I don't think they used enough ginger beer). Therefore just tasted like REALLY sour vodka. Very tart. Don't recommend it. And I couldn't quite figure out why the chairs by the windows (at the tables) had arm rests and the chairs on the outside of the table didn't. They were very much in the way and uncomfortable, jabbing ribs. Consider it the chair equivalent to spreading out in a subway while other commuters are cramped. But mad props to the waiter, Jerone. He was friendly and welcoming. Made the experience on the high side of three stars.

Hidden gem...some of the best sea food around.The service is excellent ,The waiters/waitress always provide great service.They are very patient with all of their customers.The food is always cook good and served in a reasonable time. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a laid environment or just a great dining experience. Updated 3/30/2018.Tiffany was our server.We order a couple of items off of the menu. Try the fried seafood feast platter is an excellent choice for a family with a choice of four meats,hush puppies and two sides...it may feed almost 3 or 4 people for the price u can not beat it.
