Reviews
In short, be careful on your purchase. Have a checklist, so that you can review all necessary items that require attention before you sign papers. Make sure to walk out with an "I owe you" from them if you can't get all of your lists checked off. Responses from some staff may be none existent or months apart. Follow up is poor. I had high expectation and thought it was going to be 5 stars...look above and see what it actually got. Hope they fix these issues. I will change my rating if this happens.

Great service and a job well done! The only thing that kept them from a 5 star rating was the inability to reach them on the phone. Keep up the good work Rob!

One of the better camping supply stores. Be a careful shopper, some things can be found cheaper other places.

This was just OK from a service perspective. The lady at the front was not friendly at all when I approached about speaking to a sales person. We had to wait 30+min just to meet a sales person. Patrick our sales guy was great however. The sale was closed and we scheduled time to come back to do paperwork but the manager literally squeezed two people ahead of our prescheduled appointment thereby making us delayed by over an hour. Poor very poor.... All just to get the sales captured by end of month .. poor service as a result.

This rating would be a 1 except for the aid of one employee - Rob Nichols. We got wonderful and attentive communication before we bought a new motorhome. Our experience with Reese, PJ and the financial officer were fine. Our walk through seemed ok at the time. All was well until we left the lot. As can be expected, there were some issues after we got it home and started checking out the systems. We had a list of about 8 things that needed tending to. All of this would have been acceptable except for the fact that we could not get a call back. My husband tried Eric Jones from the service department at least 4 times and then tried our salesman out of frustration. No response from either. At one point we made contact with Rob. He made an appointment for us to bring our RV back in. We went over each item with him. We shared our frustrations with him as well. He said he would get back to us the next day and HE DID! Now, it did take another 3 weeks plus before everything was in and done but Rob touched base with us frequently and followed up on all our concerns. As it turned out, two of the problems were due to manufacturer neglect. But, another 3 were the fault of the gentleman (another Eric) who did the walk through with us. We have had 2 other motorhomes so we're not novices, but each one is different. He neglected to show us how several of the systems worked on this model. We later recalled that, when we had bought the other RV's from other establishments, all the systems were charged and running when the walk through was performed. That was a
good practice and should always be done.
All-in-all our experience was very frustrating. It was only because of the empathy, follow up and attentiveness of Rob Nichols that this wasn't even more upsetting. He single-handedly made the difference. I'm supposing that CW Bridgeport is understaffed but contact with the customer is of utmost importance and takes little time to keep us from feeling forgotten and discarded. Thank you, Rob!
