Hitch RV New Jersey

My sales guy Fred is good. The trailer is a nice trailer. I am brand new to camping. I bought a trailer in the fall and did not use it at all until this April. The trailer is labeled very clearly with a sticker that says this unit is winterized. The young guy that did the walk through also pointed it out to us. When I hooked up for my first trip this year, all of the broken plumbing reflects that no winterizing was done. I have been told that I need to talk to the service manager only and he is very challenging to get a hold of because of his job, which is fine. I just need to talk to someone that will hear me out and get rectified because I am not responsible for these damages. *UPDATE* I was able to work with the management team for a resolution and they completed all of the work for me within my time frame at no charge to me. They made a crummy situation better and I am happy with the outcome.

Good experience. Fair deal for our trade in and new travel trailer. There has been some issues, but that manufacture related. The service department repaired my parent unit, and they have had a very good experience.

The people here seem very friendly and helpful. In fact when I was emptying out my trade in I needed a hand and one of the mechanics stopped his work just to help. The salesman John offered me my new unit at a decent price but he still let me shave it down to where I just couldn't refuse. They have a great selection of rv's and they are willing to work with you.

Do not buy from this company they are the worst I bought an RV from them they crooked me promised that everything will work before we leave detailed repairs will be made stereo hot water table replaced none was done no detail work at all nothing fixed called them 18 times to no satisfaction told it's my problem well they are the most incompatant people I ever brought from buyers beware do not buy from them it is a horrible place u will leave unhappy go elsewhere don't give them ur hard earned money beware
