Penn Mobile Home Park

I've been living here since 1980 and I can honestly say, that some of my neighbors are like family to me. It's a well kept community that's in an ideal location. There's a BANK OF AMERICA, a Liquor Store, a Wendy's Fast Food Restaurant, a WAWA & a DOLLAR GENERAL Store, all in walking distance. NJ Transit bus stops in walking distances as well. Penn Mobile Home Park has been family owned and operated for decades. If you're looking for a nice, quiet and convenient place to live, look no further, you found it.

I lived here for a little over a year and me and my wife loved the location and the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful but the only downside is then management is run by an idiot with an ego trip. They raised the rent and would find anything to charge you for. They continued to harass us and other residents for minor things. Do not ever live here unless the management is ousted. You won't get any peace with these people.
