Hope Rosen is a lying, incompetent, and unprofessional family law attorney. Hope Rosen routinely violates The Circuit Court’s and the Supreme Court of Virginia’s Rule on notifications. “Certifications of Moving Party/Counsel” and “Certificate of Service”. Following Circuit Court’s and Supreme Court of Virginia rule is the cornerstone to integrity of our legal system and therefore our democracy. Hope Rosen has repeatedly and willfully violated these rules on professional conduct and professional ethics. She is unfit to be an Officer of The Court. Hope Rosen is well known by her colleagues and lawyer community as lacking negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Hope Rosen barely knows the cases she takes on to represent. Her resume says it all moving 6 times in ten years. Hope Rosen has no knowledge of financial institutions rules and transfer of assets due to QDRO. Hope Rosen becomes emotionally an extension of her clients and therefore loses objectivity and professionalism. She complains, demands, and delays as if she is the client she represents rather than guiding them through to a fair, legal, and reasonable settlement. Hope Rosen wouldn’t recognize a good deal even if she was looking at it with magnifying glasses. Because of her lack of conflict resolution skills, she ends up litigating every point and every issue. This in return prolongs the inevitable and racks up the legal fees to the detriment of all parties. Inevitably after losing a few motions she cracks under pressure and settles for less than deserved. Hope Rosen is a second rate family law attorney, you’ll end up paying more and getting much less in return with her style of representation. Just look elsewhere. There are plenty of good family lawyers in Fairfax County.
