Second, he's an expert in his field, someone who has bent over backward for me, worked through the night, given some off the clock guidance, and has genuinely cared. I challenge you to find any other family law attorney in NOVA who would give you 15 minutes unbilled outside of a potential consultation. When your lawyer truly cares about you, you have the right person in your corner. If you don't read past this point, remember everything stated above. Even at times when I became emotional and frustrated, Steve's level head prevailed. He provided guidance and consultation when I was unable to see past the next day's motion. And if you read his bio, you'll see that he is an expert at mediation. Let me be the first (although likely not the last) to let you know that may be an understatement. Having perhaps the most difficult ex-wife the NOVA courts have ever seen, I felt hopeless that we could reach any agreement. Steve's ability to effectively communicate, remain level-headed, and professionally guide the discussion back to the important points repeatedly led us away from arguing and back to the points that mattered. I have more time with my children now because of Steve. And like many others have done, he hasn't left me with a huge bill and forgotten about me. This firm is exactly what I have spent hundreds of thousands looking for. No matter what - when you've got Steve in your corner, you've got an advocate; you’ve got an advisor; you’ve got the best. DO NOT USE CARL SCHOENHERR!!!!!! This guy has only been a lawyer for about 30-45 minutes and he's already participated in CORRUPTION, PERJURY, JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT AND FRAUD! This guy is a LIAR AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED! Whether you retain him or not HE WILL secretly work with the other side to RUN UP THE BILL and defraud your trust in him as your attorney. He is so eager to turn a profit as a rookie that he will blow your entire case and not care at all about how things turn out for your child. DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER! He was being investigated all year by another party I've been in touch with who's getting ready to sue this kid and his last firm.

Grant and his team understood what I was going through and made a bad situation much more bearable. Not only did he and his team handle all the legal issues, Grant often acted as the voice of reason during a difficult time. They were incredibly responsive and the outcome was even better than I had hoped for. Highly recommended!
