Lawyer: Carolyn Eaton w/ Tina Allen, Manassas Office I just finished up with an uncontested divorce with the amazing help from Carolyn Eaton and Tina Allen. They were very prompt in replying as much of our dealings were via phone or email. Ms. Eaton was always polite, direct and honest. Her entire team maintained a high level of professionalism in dealing with me and opposing counsel. Everyone thinks of lawyers and firms as the first to push into the shark tank. Not once did I feel that here. Rates were fair and reasonable, especially for the NOVA area. Invoices were very detailed and you know exactly when and what you are paying for. Granted my UCD was rather simple, it didn't break the bank. Not that anyone wants to go through divorce more than once, but I would highly recommend Carolyn, her team and Livesay & Myers. Harry H.

Lawyer: Ariel Baniowski, Manassas Office. Honest, organized, caring, advocate, dedicated, and trustworthy. These are just a few of the words I would use to describe Ariel Baniowski. I hired her and the firm of Livsey and Myers to defend me against a ”rule to show cause” and what turned out to be a move for full custody of my children . My divorce was finalized in 2014 and I had been living with a 50/50 custody arrangement. The ex remarried and decided to try and overturn the original mediation agreement. They alleged breaches of the agreement and used that to justify a change in custody. This initiated a year long battle of litigation and utter chaos. Ariel was a rock for me and my family. When I was emotional and wanted to lash out, she would be the first to question if my decision and steady my hand. She was really great at taking me from the emotional roller coaster to a rational zone. Dhe would be direct with my possibilities when the path (or upcoming rulings) was uncertain -that was my favorite part about her style. The biggest thing I learned is that there is no certainty in this process. Even with an iron clad meditation agreement, everything can be litigated. Having a lawyer that reminds you of that, and shows you what we are doing to prove our point was more helpful to me than one that told me we were gonna win. There will be many wins and losses until the final verdict is in, and it's important to stay focused - and that is what Ariel did. She is an amazing lawyer and I won on all accounts thanks to her hard work and dedication! The firm of Livsey and Myers was also really amazing. They kept the costs down and always kept me well informed of how my money was being spent.

I went through an extremely difficult multi-year divorce and custody fight. Ariel was extremely competent, and worked tirelessly to ensure we came out with the best outcome possible. I can't speak highly enough about Ariel or the team at Livesay and Myers. Again, thank you for what you've done for my family.

I had an uncontested divorce that I worked through with Carolyn Eaton and Tina Allen. They were excellent to work with; always helpful, efficient and let me know what to expect every step of the way. No complaints and would definitely work with again if ever needed.

Ariel Baniowski helped me through a very difficult and painful custody battle. Ariel was always quick to reply to any question or concerns I sent her during the time leading up to the trial which was delayed several times. She always took the time to explain any legal situation to me so I understood and supported me the entire time. She was easy to talk to and had my best interest in mind. Even though the trial did not turn out the way I'd hoped, Ariel was able to make sure that though my son was far away I had as much time as possible with him and I could communicate with him often. I would recomend her to anyone.
