I am a recent client, and had Karen represent me as an attorney, I did not use her services as a mediator. The case was difficult and sensitive, and she was extremely thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable. I felt that she balanced diplomacy with firm boundaries with the opposing party very well, and I had complete trust in her abilities.
