My divorce took 4.5 year to resolve (due primarily to reasons outside of our control). Ben Carafiol and Ashley Constant were with me from start to finish and I could not have asked for a better team. It was a true partnership all the way. They were always responsive and Ben took great pains to ensure that my costs remained as low as possible. Ashley was prompt and professional with every question and request. Ben never sugar-coated anything. He always gave me clear, honest answers and explanations, and stayed positive and professional during the most trying moments. I don't ever intend to marry again (!), but if I do, I will go to Ben and Ashley at Livesay & Myers for the pre-nup! Thanks, y'all!!

Ben and Ashley are simply fantastic. The best way to know if you have a good lawyer is if your lawyer will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Ben is a good lawyer. My divorce was a long, tedious process but Ben and Ashley helped every step of the way with professionalism, courtesy and respect. I am confident that the results of my divorce would not have been as positive if I were working with anyone else. To be clear, everyone loses in a divorce, but having the most desirable outcome for yourself starts with having the right people to work in your best interests. Ben and Ashley do that through helping you understand your options (even if you do not like them) in a kind and calming way while always striving for the best possible outcome. If anyone is reading this and is on the fence about retaining their services, don't.
