I wouldn't like to see this location close as they have very few left. Some tellers would be nice.

Worthless bank. They closed almost all locations. This particular location isn't a bank, it's an ATM with a fee iPads to help you sign up for their services. I do not recommend enrolling for an account at any of their branches, and instead I suggest joining a credit union, you'll still be ahead of the game with good incentives and interest rates.

Honestly it is a joke at this point. It is bad enough with what Capital One has done to their products that got you to sign up in the first place. Now You have Capital One Closing locations left and right, then after finding a location and driving a great distance you are told they cant do *insert here*. Seriously saying that there are staff available means nothing if they are not available to actually assist with things you do in a bank. No one is driving 40+ minutes JUST to get a question answered rather then picking up a phone. It is not "traditional" banking needs they can not meet its basically all banking needs that banks are intended for. Drive 40 minutes or more to use a ATM? Is sadly a joke, and sad because at one point I found Cap One to be a great bank with worthwhile products and service. But now?

No tellers? You should make that incredibly clear before you spend 45 minutes driving there. You CLOSED the three branches closest to my home. Incredibly poor oversight. Why not open up a pizza place that doesn't sell pizza? Just shut down the rest of your branches already. What an embarrassment. UPDATE: Thank you for the response - but please realize that the VAST majority of consumers will use Google or Safari to find the closest branch to them - so maybe you can work with Google and/or Apple on updating those search results. More importantly - why on Earth would someone drive to the branch to ask a question? Often, a simple phone call or internet search will yield the answer. Way to double down on a bad choice, Capital One! Another example of a giant bank deflecting blame and not accepting responsibility. Please add tellers to this branch or shut it down.
