I recently visited Car-X for several services needed on a used car I had just purchased. From the moment I walked through the door, the professionalism was revealed. I was greeted with a smile and a firm hand shake from the manager Mr. Darryl Andrews. He proceeded to inquire what my needs were for the visit and assured me that the issues would be resolved by his team of technicians. As I was being processed, a service technician walked through and greeted me in a professional manner. How re-assuring! After the diagnosis, I received a phone call from Mr. Andrews who thoroughly explain the problems and the cost associated with the resolve. After giving authorization to proceed, Mr. Andrews again explained the process and estimated timeline for completion. In all of my days visiting car repair shops, I have never received such high quality customer service from start to finish. You can rest assured that I have found my car repair shop to solve all my repair needs in the future. Outstanding 5 star service without question, and a customer service model that should be emulated by all car repair service centers! Great job team! Scott,
