Goodyear Auto Service Center

Extremely lazy staff. I showed up about a half hour after they opened to get a tired patched up. When i showed up i was relieved to see that i wouldn't have to wait since no one else was there. When i walked in they told me they "couldn't get to it till 10:30". When i showed up this morning NONE of their workers were actually working on anything, All of the shop spots were taped up and the guys inside standing around on their phones. Something that takes a very quick 20 minutes of the time they definitely had is ridiculous they refused to do it. Ill never recommend this place to anyone. IF you're reading this review go to east peoria tire MUCH more friendly and NOT A WASTE OF TIME!

Not from the area and had an emergency flat tire at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon they said they couldn't help me till the next day... wouldn't even look at issue... unacceptable service... don't waste your time with this place

This place is extremely expensive and the car ran very very very rough after they changed the alternator. And that's after I spent thousands in a full expensive tune up to make it run smoother than it ever has. They've ruined my car and they don't know what they did to make that happen. I've already contacted the BBB and filled a complaint.

I have taken my car here twice before and both times been given absolutely ridiculous estimates. This time, they quoted me $1900 to replace an air conditioning compressor. The part cost around $300 from my research, and it seems like it would be a three hour job. The paperwork they gave me said they charge $101 per hour for labor. I'm struggling to see how that adds up to $1900. My other mechanic was able to do the job for $175 in labor. I wouldn't visit this location for anything more than tires. They're not just pricey; it seems like there's some dishonesty going on.
