I had a great experience here! I got a flat after work one night and called them first thing in the morning. They took me in, explained what happened with my tire, patched me up, and sent me back on my way with minimal cost. Thank you!

My family has been going to Tuffy for over 10 years and have only recieved excellent service. The staff is always friendly and never talks down to me. If you are on a tight budget they will work with you to help you out and they will list all the repairs you need in order of importance. Over the years I have had all 5 of our cars and vans to this location. They are honest, respectful and compete the job on time. I do not spend a lot of time writing reviews because I just never been moved to do so for bad or great service... However, I wanted to express to Tim and his staff thank-you for all the years of wonderful service.

Tim Floss and his team at Tuffy are great! I've had multiple Mercedes (C32 AMG, S600 GL450), Lexus (ES330,RX350) and Jaguar(XF Supercharged and XFR) serviced with him for both major (GL450 Air suspension, S600 hydraulic active suspension & Coil packs, C32 AMG valve work and transmission) as well as basic (Brakes, Oil, tires, coolant changes) for almost 15 years now. He's always been very trustworthy and extremely fair with pricing and warranty work. Since we live relatively close, will pick up and drop me off in a pinch. I've referred many of my friends here and will continue to do so going forward.
