Okay. So I originally went in for an oil change. The front desk, Chris, was super professional. Informed me that it would be half an hour later. Didn't have anywhere to be so said it was fine. It was an hour later and Chris told me he had some bad news. I was never happier to have paid a little extra for the oil change with inspection. They found my brakes were shot and the back ones weren't working at all. After learning I had work in half an hour after the discovery, they offered to take me to and pick me up from work since it was a short shift. My brakes were fixed for a reasonable price and they were willing to work with me. Now I have a lifetime warranty for the brakes and a good place to go for auto work. Highly recommend this place for their maintenance staff's courtesy and knowledge and the front end's staff courtesy. It was like visiting family that you enjoy talking to.

I woke up this morning with a flat tire on my Colorado. Nobody has a tire for this truck in stock. The guys at Tuffy drove around looking for one. After a long search. They came back and patched my tire for free. Real good guys.

I went to check my front and back brakes The day before I went to dealer for an oil change they said my brakes were very bad just for the front brake pads they wanted $300.00 no warranty on brake pads. They top my fluids and said everything else was fine. Tuffy checked my brakes said I didn't need back brakes they were fine. Needed front brakes they were cheaper and lifetime warranty on brake pads. They did the work drove me home,and job was done within a couple of hours. Very friendly staff.

I stopped by first thing in the morning to have a slow.leak looked at. Tuffy's friendly staff was able to get me in within a half hour. They found a nail and repaired the tire. I was out in about 20 minutes. Great service and a friendly staff.
