I checked the rating of M & L Auto and people were giving good reviews but they must be related to the owner. My husband took our car in on July 10, for a transmission. The owner claimed if we bought it in that day he would start. Guess what? We just got our car today, July 25, 2017. When we called it kept making excuses. His machanic didn't show and then when they started to work on it, it was the wrong transmission. He said he could get another one the next day. It didn't happened. According to him the place it gets his trans would not return his call (wonder why). He did not get the trans on Monday. When I talked to him yesterday, it came up with all kind of excuses, he opened at new location and that he had a lot of cars in head of us. I told him he should have told us that before we gave him our car because there were others that could do the job and quicker. I really like to do business in our near my neighbor but we are not professional. My husband has his own business and he runs it with the upmost professionalism. On top of it all, when we picked it up he tried to up his prices and he stated he had to do a lot of running around to get the trans but that is not the customer false. Before you take your car, please get it in writing the price and how long it will take.

Recently went in for brakes & rotors, fast and friendly atmosphere. My tech Carlos made sure I know everything he was doing he even let me see my old parts. Very impressed and the wait time wasn't long at all like sitting at a dealership. Would definitely encourage you to go to them for any work you may need done. My new go to shop .

In need of getting my mirror replaced, I looked up some shops around me and this was my first hit and Man am I glad that I found them! Carlos replaced my mirror in about 10 minutes. Everyone here are so sweet and warmhearted! Thank you guys so much!!!! I'll definitely be back for future repairs!

Very Nice People! I was looking for a local mechanic to service my 11 year old Hyundai that needed an oxygen sensor replaced. Most places I called quoted prices that were double what M&L charged, but their reviews were not that good. Not only were M&L's reviews very good, but their prices were reasonable and their customer service was really nice. They even returned my call after I left a message, inquiring about their service! I wasn't expecting that. Thank you Troy and Brian. I now know where to take my car for service in the future. I would have given 5 stars, but the credit card machine wasn't working and I had to go to the cash station - minor inconvenience.

Very honest and really help me out and fix the problem with my car. Break cable was lose and he fix the problem I'm very happy I want every to come get their car fixed at M&L auto services.
