If I could give no stars I would I bought my car to be checked out and it's sat there all day I was told that the mechanic wasn't going to be coming in and they would see if he will come in tomorrow well I couldn't wait till tomorrow so I picked up my car and went somewhere else they could give me no more answers I will never go again

I arrived 1 hour after the store opened and was advised there were 7 cars ahead of me. Since there were no customers in the waiting room I assumed they all did drop offs. Fine!! Just let customers know that walk ins are not appreciated and work is done by appointment only. I simply needed my tire fixed. I was advised it would be at least 2 hours.

Ordered a set of tires Monday morning and can't back and had them installed Tuesday morning. Was all done by 8:30 with no issues

I had a problem with a pull following a rotation and balance I had done at this shop. I came back twice because the car was pulling heavy to one side. Both times they took over an hour to look at the tires. Assured me that everything was balanced. When I took it to another shop they were quickly able to tell me that the belts on the front tires had some wearing which is easy enough to see on balancing with an experienced technician. These guys simply lack the expertise to get the job done.
