This is a no-frills, honest auto-shop. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and down-to-earth. If you're someone who doesn't need the "free coffee and donuts" while you're waiting, this is a good auto-shop for you. If you're someone who expects that sort of thing, you may want to look elsewhere or plan to drop-off and pick-up (which seems to be the more popular choice of customers here).

Great customer service. Sid is a great guy and truly cares about each and every person that walks through the door. They have a great service department that not only takes care of your tires but also any auto repairs that you may need.

I've been to this business on multiple occasions.  Their service is friendly and prompt.  Prices are as good, or better, as other businesses.  I highly recommend Palmer Tires.
