Palmer Tire & Auto Service Center

I take all of my vehicles to Palmer. Jeff and Brian are both very professional. They are honest and do a great job on service. Anytime we have an issue Palmer is the first call, I know I'll get an honest assessment of the situation, a job done quickly and a reasonable price.

I'm literally sitting in a parking lot right now this great customer service!! he squeezed me in inbetween a appointment for a alignment and was very nice and very fast they predicted 45-minute wait and it was about 30 very good please will come back!!!

Being in the automotive industry for many years in the past, it's hard to find a repair facility you can trust. I think I've found it :) These guys are great! People you can trust, knowledgeable, and competitive prices.

With the change in weather I had been having trouble with my tires holding air and had been having to fill them up quite a few times over the last couple weeks. After noticing *another* flat, I drove to the closest Tire & Auto shop I saw. I am so grateful it was Palmer! I was on my lunch break and just asked if the tire check was something they could do in an hour—they said they wouldn't want to put me in a time crunch and it would be best to come back the next day, but they offered to fill up my flat tire for free and were very kind and informative on what was likely the problem. There was no doubt in my mind I would be coming back the next day. Brought the car in this morning and the service was just fantastic, quick and informative! I was also very pleased with the price because they ended up having to replace one of my tires and I was worried about what the final cost would be, but it was quite reasonable! Very pleased to give this place 5 stars and I will definitely be coming back should I need any other service work done on my vehicle.
