When you point out this concern to the manager he will tell you to bring the vehicle back in an charge you to look at it to see if "something was missed" as he calls it. Plus they leave the filthy paper floor mat in your car and greasy hand prints on your car. I have done a lot of $$ business with Butitta over the years.....the Oregon branch has ended that relationship.

These guys (used to be) tops in my book. December 2017 update - since Shawn left these guys never have time for me and it's obvious they don't have enough workers anymore. Four stars no longer - sad.

Best tire place in town! Shawn Willis is the best. Awesome, fast service on my emergency tire repair on a Saturday afternoon.
