Sorry! I think I accidentally posted a review from Jan a second time. I was actually trying to leave a second review for a recent service. Since January I have been bringing my vehicle to Mark’s for all of my service needs. The staff there is friendly, upfront, and trustworthy from all of my different interactions. My vehicle kept missing even though they replaced the coil packs. I would bring it in and then it would run fine so that they couldn’t find the issue. Finally, it got to a point where it was missing when I actually got it to the shop. They found the miss in a cylinder that they had already fixed twice. This time they used a different brand for the part and I have been miss free for the past week! I feel pretty good that they have got it repaired this time. I will note that they live up to the warranty on their work and they only charged me for new work I had them do during this process. I am so glad I found Mark’s Auto and will go there for all of my future service needs! Thanks Tad, Terry and crew!

I brought my Chevy van in and they only had to do a rad fluid change. No big deal. After they changed the fluid the quick connect hose 'broke' but they didn't notice the leak. I had them fix it and refill it. Now the trans fluid completely leaked out. I'm fixing it this time. I never had any leaks with this van before I sent it to them!

My brakes went out on a weekend...I called Marks on Monday morning at 8am...was told to come right in...drove out by 10:30am with new brakes. No more grinding...what a relief. Marks was fast, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. I am 70yrs old and always greatful when I find a business like Marks...pleasant, professional and i look forward to using them for whatever might come up next with my 22yr old Subaru.

Took in our 2500 Chevy Silverado to have a break line repaired. Cost $80.00 to tow. Once it was in shop and checked out the technician didn’t feel comfortable replacing the one line needing fixed since the other lines have rust. So one break line replacement turned into 1300-1500 in repairs which we can’t afford. Financing is an option but we were not approved for 1 and I’m not wanting to even try the other. They say they care about our safety and pride in their work but they would rather us drive the truck off the lot in its current condition then replace the 1 break line that is currently broken. Also side note, we worked on the break line before it was brought in and we already cut the old break line out so all we needed was the new one installed and the brakes bled and now I’m out $80 for towing it there and will be driving it home way less safe thanks to Marks Auto Repair technicians. Forcing a family to fix all break lines and calipers when only 1 line is needing to be fixed at this time is disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this shop for anyone who doesn’t have a few grand laying around for extra repairs. Update. Well we went in to speak with the store managers and they did very well to work with us and do whatever possible to help with the pricing. At the end of the day we did do some financing and now the truck is being fixed and will be able to pick it up Monday afternoon. Thank you Marks Auto Repair for hearing our concerns and making sure at the end of the day we all got what we needed.

I just went in for a idea on what I would be paying for some at least to meet major repairs to a car I just got, Tad was amazing in helping me figure everything out I didn't get everyone's name but they all need a raise the best customer service I have had in years I wish I got everyone's name so I could thank them here but they stayed late for me and just all around good guys I will recommend theses guys for anything I know they are expensive but it's worth it
