Care Medical Supplies

This is by far the most unorganized, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with when trying to order supplies for one of our severely ill patients. Getting a return phone call or finding anyone who is privy to what is going on is beyond difficult. If it weren't for an insurance issue I would have used another company after the first phone call.

I have been waiting almost a week to get my cpap machine and I always get we will call you back by the end of the day or they don't answer. They never return calls. I wish my bcbsil would use someone else!!!!

Must be a one-man operation, EVERY time I call, i get sent to voice mail. VERY limited supply/options for equipment. Highly unorganized and not helpful in coordinating patient orders. Would not go here were it not for UHC insurance :(

Horrible service. Trouble getting through to anyone. Called a 800# was told That office was in Indiana and I would have to call The Mt Vernon IL office. Does anyone know how to go to a "Main Source" or parent company? VERY STRESSED!!!
