I had an appointment at 10:30 but arrived early at 10:15. I told the lady at the main desk my name and that I was there to get my Cpap machine. She told me that the therapist was busy with a patient at the moment so I waited. At 10:45 my 3 year old grandson, who I babysit for, needed to use the restroom. The same lady told me that they didn’t have a public restroom. I asked where I could go to find one. She shrugged her shoulders and said, maybe Hucks down the street. So I walked to Hucks and returned. At 10:55 I noticed the therapist sitting at her desk on the phone (her desk is at the other end of th building). I asked the same lady if it would be much longer to see the therapist and she behaved as though she didn’t realize that’s why I was waiting there. The therapist never checked to see if her 10:30 appointment was there. So there is a huge lack of communication between the employees at the front desk and the office at the far end of the building.i would rate customer service POOR. There also needs to be a restroom available for patients use. After waiting 45 minutes with a small child, I should have been allowed to use the restroom. I would NEVER recommend Privider Plus to anyone. I will also inform the clinic where I did my sleep study about the poor service I received.

They treated me well enough. No complaints. In my opinion,I'd bet they probably are overworked and under paid. Everybody has a bad day now and then. Those that were unhappy ought to cut them some slack. I know I'd hate to work there.

Staff are always crabby and unfriendly. They act like they hate their jobs and as if serving their customers is a burden. Their company/employer really needs to schedule some morale-boosting retreats or something to help them not be so miserable. I have dreaded going there for years, so I'm getting my supplies in St. Louis now.
