Vono Medical Supplies

First time here and upon walking in the door we were greeted with a hello. A salesman walked up introduced himself asking how he could help. My mom age 85 walks around unassisted. She feels she would like to have a cane to use if needed for assurance. This guy took about 20+ minutes of his time working and walking with mom to ensure she knew how to use the cane and to make sure it was adjusted correctly. He made she was comfortable with it before he sold it to her. Additionally she asked about a walker. He showed her a model.with wheels and explained she could always rent one to try before buying. Overall this was a very pleasant experience he provided to mom. Thank you.

Can't say enough the service at Vono in Spfld. Many providers are quick to tell customers what and why they can't address and solve our issues, usually due to parameters of medicare or insurance guidelines, but not here. Shane, in their service department is a gem. Especially when it involves equipment repair and maintenance. He is 'meticulous, and will think outside the box to solve your issue, and perform as intended,. He treats it as if it belonged to him. Shane is about the customers, what they need and service with a smile.

My grandmother wrote this on Facebook, and I thought anyone looking at the reviews should hear how happy she was that they went above and beyond expectations to help her! Vono Medical Thanks the staff for the help today with the Ostomy supplies. Went in to get my supplies transfer there. Been having a real problem because of bleeding. Can't order supplies till the 8 of next month. They gave some stuff free to make it till I can get them God Bless u all

Jessica at Vono is awesome! She was so knowledgeable about the products and helped us make a selection quickly. Everyone at Vono was extremely helpful and also friendly. We were able to get the perfect lift chair (recliner) for my dad, and since we came into the store early in the day we lucked out and it was delivered that same day in the afternoon. Excellent customer service, caring people all around. I would definitely recommend Vono to friends/family.
