Caribbean Delight

Always nice and clean dinning area. Friendly workers at Carubbean Delight. I come to get food at least 3 to 4 times a week! My favorite dishes are Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Goat, Oxtails,and Curry Chicken. But I Love the Red Snapper when I'm in the mood for fish. Jerk chicken is great when i want a little spice and kick to my food..The prices are very reasonable I just love me some Caribbean Delight.

This is a small restaurant that seems to be run by a family, and I love supporting small businesses. I ordered the jerk chicken plate which came with rice and cabbage. I took a bite of the cabbage first and could not stop myself from eating all of it and left me wishing there was more cabbage to rice ratio. They somehow mastered cooking the cabbage to the point where it still had a bit of a crunch to it and wasn't soggy and overcooked (like when I make it at home). The rice was my second choice to munch on and it was tasty as well and had beans in it. The chicken was perfection! It was moist, had char on it and was flavorful. I could not stop eating it but had to because I was so full. I found the portions to be fair for the price of $11. I highly recommend this restaurant but be sure to bring cash as I believe they're cash only.

The WORST JAMAICAN FOOD EVER!!!! I'm from the islands and I know what authentic Jamaican food. I spoke with the staff who affirmed ALL the food is send with rice & beans. My 2 orders combined had 8 grain of beans and extremely oily. Very little meat on the bones and the cabbage look as if thought it was leftover from a week ago. I WILL NEVER WAIST MY HARD EARNED $$$$ at this place again NEVER!!!!. I knew I should have never ordered wje8i walked into this sauna atmosphere with visible trash cans at the back door and one of the employees "male" spralled out with his pants zipper open....just NASTY!!! I told this place was really good, but then again I should have went with my mindset once I entered. NEVER EVER, NEVER EVER. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I like this restaurant a lot, but it seems like they're not trying hard enough. They don't accept credit cards, it's weirdly decorated, and there's always a 13 year old boy playing video games in the corner while swearing and yelling homophobic slurs. The food is really good though.
