Jerk Shack

We took a party of 20 people for my birthday and the service was outstanding from the dock to the dinner table. We were all able to sit together under a large pavilion. Our waitress did an incredible job and the owner was able to swing by and chat for a while. Everybody was impressed with their Jamaican style dish and we, owners of Point Randall Resort on the 2MM, will continue to recommend Jerk Shack to all of out customers. Five stars and thank you for a great evening!

We ordered food for 13 people and got food for 5. My child and expecting wife were left without food. It took at least 30 minutes to get drinks and when we were ready to leave after 2 hours (still without food) the owner magically appeared with the food we ordered except no food for my 2 year old child. The whole group wanted to leave so we boxed out food and paid our FULL PRICE tab only to realize when we got to the boat 2 minutes later the food was all cold and terrible. Horrible service, management and food. I will never return to this "restaurant"

Absolute worst dinning experience I have ever encountered. Management is horrific. Stay away and don't waste your money.

Just another overpriced place on LOTO. FYI...REAL JERK CHICKEN ISN'T MADE IN A DEEP FAT FRYER!
