This was one of the most exceptional home services I have had. The gentleman who came to repair my central vacuum was able to fully fix it within 5 minutes despite their local competitor telling me my motor was broken and and I needed a whole new system. The gentleman did not just leave after he fixed it, he fully serviced my entire system, including hoses and parts, which took well over an hour. He was so thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company for your central vacuum needs.

Purchased supplies for my Kirby. My items were on hold for me at the front desk and therefore the shopping was effortless. Staff was very polite and helpful. Beat prices for my sweeper bags, etc. in town.

Talk about experts with knowledge and top grade equiptment, products. Big fan of Ron and Adam.. I've had my scrubber/ vacuums fixed several times. This isn't the least expensive but the mechanics are wizards and they back their work. They fix it if the same piece breaks.. and can work a deal to rent bc sometimes parts takes a while. I'm somewhat of a tom boy so ill talk shop always learning something from them. Repairing machine always puts me ahead bc what i spend i get right back from the quality to get me back up and running $$$$ so in the end they save you the headache and keep you running your business one way or another. Truly my family now been going here for about 6 years. God bless them !

I brought in my vacuum cleaner to see if it was worth fixing, which in the end it was not. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a professional vacuum from them. It works great and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I am happy to support a family owned business and I will definitely recommend them to others.

OMG the guys at high street location were so pleasant...so helpful...so professional. We had water overflow and they told us exactly what to do ...they let us rent a state of the art water extractor and carpet cleaner. We r coming back to rent a carpet cleaner for the whole house to have a fresh clean carpet for christmas!

I am a local business owner that was trying to set up a meeting to talk to them about supporting the local communities I represent which include Loch Lomond, Woodland Hall, The Chase and many more. I could not believe how rude I was treated on the phone and hung up on when trying to set a simple appointment with Scott in the marketing department. What does this say about how they conduct business and treat people other than if they are making a purchase!

Distribution center location were very helpful and courteous. Will fix and tune 25 year old reliable vacuum for alot less than a new vacuum.
