Carolina Community Actions

The people I have dealt with are rude, condescending. deceitful. Regarding the government program electric bill assistance in low-income. This is Federal program which is supposed to bea first com first serve basis. Carolina Community Action, requires have an appointment to see them. According to guidelines Carolina Community Action do as they see fit, not as they supposed too. In the fourth quarter of 2006 they froze me out of the program violating my civil rights. They had some imbecile on the phone saying we ain't got no money. That's just what kind of professionalism they have. I've had Community Action, to tell me just plain out and out lies. They are supposed to be helping low-income people. They are giving you nothing. if you did not fit within the government guidelines. You would not be eligible for the money. My name is Rick Bailes, and I been behind every word. because it is the truth.
