I cannot rate my experience with the service as I wasn't able to see anyone. I went to the website for hours and directions. It was OPEN and it was 1.5 miles which I walked in 90° heat to find the facility CLOSED for the week! I am disabled with spine and nerve damage. This is needless pain that I have to endure for no reason and will have to repeat it next week. Whoever manages MC-dss website seriously dropped the ball. The security said many people came to find them closed.

The people there a very unprofessional & rude at times ... You'll be lucky if you get a worker who's willing to answer all your questions without having a little smutty attitude or look like thdre tired of you already. ITS VERY HARD TO HOLD YOURSELF TOGETHER AFTER GETTING THE ATTITUDE THEY GIVE YOU

The man employee is one of the best best best person I have met. He is nice and friendly. He understands the cultural difference and language limitation. When my husband went here this employee tried his best to help and find an interpreter for my husband. Very thankful and appreciate his help.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STRAIGHT ASS. CALLING THEM IS A PAIN IN THE ASS SO I RECOMMEND JUST GOING TO THE DAMN PLACE.
